Years ago when Covid shut everything down and I was laid off from my fancy hotel job, I took it as a sign to finally go back and finish my degree. And I did! After getting an A in every class since I went back, I received my Bachelor's in Sociology. In the meantime, I rediscovered my love for art and design, and taught myself enough Photoshop to land a job at my alma mater as a graphic designer on the women's basketball team. Upon graduation, I signed up for CareerFoundry after discovering UI/UX design and falling in love with the idea of combining logic and art. When I'm not glued to my computer you'll find me exploring different cities, taking pictures, or watching basketball. I'm also a big fan of traveling solo, as you'll see in some of the pictures below. When life gets me down, I buy a plane ticket.
